Yes, me and William are likethis.  Actually, no.  I've met him three times at the dining commons.  BUT he is in a music class with my roommate and neighbor Connie, and he has to sing a duet with Connie and he came over to practice.  It was kinda awesome.  He's pretty cool.  It's funny, people like Johnny Mosely and Adam Lamberg (from Lizzie McGuire) go to Berkeley, and William Hung is by far the biggest celebrity here.

I had the BEST DAY today.  My friend Kristen and I went to the ScharffenBerger chocolate factory.  We got loads of free samples then we went to the gift shop and I spent....um...let's say a hefty amount of money on chocolate.  But it's way yummy!  I say, you all should try to locate this chocolate and buy it.  I consider myself a bit of a chocolate connesieur, and this is some good shiza.  Especially the semisweet, which is quite fruity, and the nibby bar, which has bits of nibs in it which are too complicated to explain but tastes really good.  I don't know if it's available everywhere, but all the NorCal people can get it for sure in San Francisco.

BIG FAT YAY FOR CASEY!!!!!!  Kansas rawks!  Don't tell anyone, but I'm a secret farm girl.  I spent a summer there with relatives and worked on their farm and everything.  It was awesome, and you'll love it if you go there.  But if you don't, I know you'll have a great time wherever you go- the fun follows you!

Anyway, yay for me too.  I got the highest score on my math midterm (out of a 400 person class) and set the curve!  That's amazing because I was way sick on the day I took it, with a runny nose and horse-like cough and a massive fever.
And I bought a new dress last weekend and wore it today and 3 strangers said hi to me on the street today.  One was a way cute boy.  I'm wearing this dress everyday!

Yeow!  Go Laura in your hot dress, acing math exams left and right!  And go Casey getting in to any vet school she darn well pleases!  Congrats, girl, that is really great.  I must admit that my one experience driving across Kansas was less than stellar - it is the flattest place on earth, I think - but the eastern part of the state is more rolling and the whole place is definitely pretty.  I'm sure you will love whatever school you choose.  Are you going straight to vet school this fall after you graduate?  That's intense.  I had to take a couple years off first.

I say yay to the miracle drug that is Tylenol Cold & Flu.  With these gel capsules, I can accomplish anything - or at least function in society.  Roll Eyes

Thanks guys!!  I'm pretty excited.  As for what I'm going to do in the fall, I have no idea.  I'm still waiting to hear from Ohio State (whose interview I just had Friday), and then I'm going to see if I can defer enrollment for a year so I can take some time off and have fun with the boys.  So the hard part's not over yet.

Oh, and Kansas is exactly like Nebraska, so I'm not too worried about spending 4 years there.  But part of me would like a change of pace, and even though Ohio is not exactly a huge change of pace, it's still different.
