Is there anyone from the UK on this message board?  I live in the UK and have the album and I think it's fantastic (obviously otherwise I wouldn't be here!).

I don't live in the UK right now, but I plan on living there in about 3-5 years!  Where are you from?  I just took a trip to the isles in march.

I don't know if there are any regular people on here who live in the U.K., but there are definitely several who are fans of the U.K.!  Ashley wants to live in Scotland and the rest of us want to visit her there.  Welcome to the forum, hope to see you often.

I was all over-- we stayed a couple nights in gatwick but most of our time was spent in edinburgh.  We saw a lot of different stuff in Scotland on our loch ness tour and we also took a bus out to stirling one day for fun.  We also saw a bit of the English countryside in our "5,000 years in a day" tour that covered places like Avebury and Stonehenge.  Now i really want to get out there and see the highlands and the islands.

I love Edinburgh, it's a beautiful city.  I think the band need a few more UK fans I can't see them making a special trip over to play just for me!

We have certainly met many UK folks, most on exchange or vacation, some through friends.  Certainly enough to warrant an overseas venture, just have to figure out the logistics!
How did you find out about us?  What are you studying in Leeds?  Do you like the Darkness?  -Aaron

I found out about you through Kerrang.  I study History in Leeds - going into my final year which is a bit scary.  I'm not a huge fan of The Darkness but they're certainly popular over here right now.  The definately do some cool tunes though.  I see from your profile that you're listening to Limbeck at the moment too.  I love their album, I saw them play The Astoria in London last year with Motion City Soundtrack and All American Rejects, they're a really good band Smiley
